The brightness has a positive effect on your mood. These so-called "natural solariums" are located at two different locations in Terenten (Gols and Mosereck) and offer not only the possibility of a healthy vitamin D therapy but also a wonderful panoramic view of the Dolomites.
The path starts in the village center of Terenten and first leads into the Mühlental. Above the mills, the forest road begins (alternative: climb through the forest) and leads in a slight, even climb to the clearing, the so-called Golsplatz.
