Description Destination

The only private Porsche Museum is located in Gmünd in Carinthia, where the first vehicles bearing the Porsche name were built between 1944 and 1950. The extensive collection includes everything from the Porsche 356 Type 356 020 ALU, to the Porsche 911 hunting car (1956) that can float, to Porsche rally and racing cars. Another highlight is Austria's first and only police Porsche 911. A special exhibition that changes every year awaits you. This year: "50 years of the Porsche 911". A multimedia presentation on the history and designs of Porsche provides further informative information.

There are enough bus and car parking spaces right next to the museum (just a 2-minute walk).
