Do you still have remote-controlled cars, plastic animals, Lego/wooden building blocks, or other beloved toys at home and don't know what to do with them? Turn them into a work of art!

In the summer of 2025, the exhibition "For Children. Art Stories since 1968" at Haus der Kunst will bring together works of art that have been specifically created for children and young people over the past decades. Among other things, the artist and storyteller Agus Nur Amal PMTOH is creating a work of art in the form of a meter-high wave that will be completely covered in small toys.

Starting March 1, 2025, you can drop off small toys at Haus der Kunst and let your childhood memories become a central part of the exhibition.

What will be collected?
Well-preserved toys (max. 15 cm x 15 cm x 15 cm, no stuffed animals)

Promotion period:
March 1 – May 31, 2025

Drop-off location:
Collection boxes in the entrance area of Haus der Kunst (opposite the ticket office)
