    The Dinosaur Trail starts at the “Jenzigweg” bus and train stop (lines 2, 410, 411) at the Karl-Liebknecht-Straße/Am Erlkönig intersection.

    If you are coming from Jena by car, it is best to follow Karl-Liebknecht-Straße out of town until it meets the B7. When you reach this intersection, continue straight on and follow the “Am Erlkönig” road for a short distance. Take the second right onto “Am Jenzig”, keep left at the fork and follow the road to the hiking car park. This is located between stations 2 and 3 of the Dinosaur Trail.
