From the lake with its crystal-clear turquoise-blue water you have a spectacular view of the Spitzmauer (2,446m) and the large Priel (2,515m) - a dreamlike picture.
No wonder that this natural gem is also known as the "Pearl of the Stodertal".

The Schiederweiher in the Stodertal was the clear winner of the RF2 live show "9 Places - 9 Treasures" on National Day 2018! Since then it can officially call itself the "most beautiful place in Austria".
