If you are coming by car, it is best to take the Southern Autobahn (A2) from Vienna to the Hartberg exit and then follow the signs to Kaindorf. Coming from Graz, exit the A2 in Gleisdorf-West onto the B54. From the Mürztal (S 6) you can drive via the Alpl (from Krieglach) or the Schanz (from Allerheiligen) to Birkfeld and then on to Anger in ApfelLand.
The Aspangbahn runs from Vienna Central Station via Wiener Neustadt to Hartberg. From there, there is a good bus connection along the B54 towards Graz.
The nearest airport is Graz-Thalerhof, from there you can take the ÖBB to Gleisdorf-Weiz.
