Description Destination
In 1929, Franz Pratter Sr. was advised to build a river pool on his cow pasture, as it had always been a popular playground for bathing enthusiasts.
This is how the Sulmbad "Zum Steinernen Wehr" was created - a natural recreation and communication area that is unique in Styria, also known for its culinary delicacies. The pool is of course a wonderful place for children. With its pebble beach and shallow water, it is also ideal for small children.
And you can camp here, go canoeing, play table tennis, football and volleyball and try out the slackline over the water.
