Description Destination
The observatory on the roof of the Vienna Urania is Austria's oldest and most modern public observatory. The Urania Observatory is equipped with a powerful automatic double telescope and offers astronomical observation opportunities despite the brightness of the surrounding city. The focus is on observing the sun, moon and the bright planets. When the weather is good, you can become a celestial researcher yourself by looking through the computer-controlled lens and mirror telescope. When you click on the sky, you have the opportunity to take photos through the telescopes with your cell phone.
