The Wienerwaldmuseum Eichgraben is a regional museum that focuses on the Vienna Woods: geology, archaeology, prehistory and early history, Celtic and Roman culture are all presented in the Wienerwaldmuseum. On the last Sunday of the month from April to September (guided tours only: 2:15 p.m. and 3:30 p.m.) the museum shows living handicrafts: basket weavers, blacksmiths, shoemakers, weavers and other craftsmen demonstrate their traditional craft using old tools. The book treasure trove is open during these times.
