Description Destination

The car park is located at the end of the Gsies Valley in St. Magdalena/Gsies Valley (1460m) at the entrance to the Pidig Valley. From there, follow signs no. 49 into the valley. Immediately after the woodturning workshop, follow the path straight ahead into the beautiful winter forest. Accompanied by the Pidig stream, after just under an hour's walk, you reach the hiking destination, the Messner Hut (1660m, refreshment stop possible).
