The stroller-friendly Fichtenweg connects the Fichtenschloss with the new Fichtensee. The Fichtensee on the Rosenalm can be reached with the Rosenalmbahn from Zell am Ziller. From the mountain station, the Fichtensee can be reached in about 10 minutes on foot on a buggy-friendly alpine circuit. Alternatively, you can drive up to the middle station of the Rosenalmbahn by car - it's about a 1-hour hike to the mountain station.
