Description Destination
The industrial history of the town of Kiefersfelden, but also the theater tradition and coexistence in the border region are the focus of this museum.
On around 450 m² of exhibition space, unique originals such as the historical tools for working on the smelting furnaces or the costumes from the time of the Passion Play can be discovered. The history is brought to life through multimedia stations, hands-on activities, panoramic photos and an exciting scenography. The new industrial museum is therefore aimed at adults, children and families, at locals who want to experience their homeland anew, as well as at tourists and tour groups from abroad, for whom the entire tour has been translated into English.
