The Großauheim Museum has been housed in the former power station with a bathhouse dating from 1906 since 1983. After a fundamental renovation in 2010 and 2011, the Großauheim Museum now allows visitors to discover steam-powered machines, admire works by the Großauheim artists August Gaul and August Peukert, and learn about industrial history. The entire ground floor, including the art and industrial history areas, can be explored barrier-free.
