How much does a cloud weigh? Which way is the wind blowing? And what exactly is the difference between weather and climate? At the SCAPE° Science Center in Offenbach, we explore these questions together. The interactive exhibition with numerous hands-on stations is free for children and adults – as is the workshop "Little Weather Saturday" on the first Saturday of every month from 12 pm to 4 pm. You can drop in and participate whenever you like – no registration required.
At SCAPE°, children can celebrate their birthday with many small and large experiments. Here, children, friends and family can playfully learn lots about weather and climate.
For children, teenagers and young adults, the CULTURESCAPE° event series offers exciting workshops, films, readings and much more on selected Tuesdays. In a relaxed, informal atmosphere, we address the serious question of what will happen to the Earth's climate – sometimes critically, sometimes creatively. The program is inclusive and open to everyone – so: welcome! Participation is free.
We offer age-appropriate workshops for daycare centers and schools upon request. More information can be found under "Cultural Education" on our website: www.scape-offenbach.de
