Description Destination
The Aurach Wildlife Park impresses with its unique location with panoramic views of the Kitzbühel Alps and its animal residents: see red deer, fallow deer, mouflon in Tyrol's largest outdoor enclosure, as well as ibex, lynx, yaks and many other animals. The impressive game feeding at the large feeding area takes place at 2.30 p.m.
A highlight for children is the Streichlstadl: goats, donkeys, sheep, llamas, mini Shetland ponies, rabbits and guinea pigs live there, as well as our own children's playground right at the entrance to the park.
After a tour, you can treat yourself to regional delicacies and products in the cozy Branderhofstube inn and enjoy the view of the mountains.
The Aurach Wildlife Park is also the main filming location for the well-known TV series “Where the Mountains Are” with Hansi Hinterseer.
