    A10 – Tauern motorway
    Exit Hallein, follow the Salzachtalstraße (B159) through the town of Hallein towards Salzburg, shortly before the end of the town of Hallein turn right onto Dürrnbergstraße and follow the signs for Zinkenlifte.
    B159 – Salzachtalstraße from Golling
    Through the town of Hallein, follow the Salzachtalstraße (B159) towards Salzburg, shortly before the end of the Hallein urban area turn right onto Dürrnbergstraße and follow the signs for Zinkenlifte.
    B159 – Salzburgerstraße from Salzburg
    Via Anif, Niederalm and Rif – towards Kaltenhausen – approx. 1 km after Kaltenhausen turn left onto Dürrnbergstraße and follow the signs for Zinkenlifte.
    Arriving from Berchtesgaden
    Follow the Salzburgerstraße (B305) towards Markt Schellenberg. In Unterau, turn right onto Auerstraße (B319) and follow it for about 1 km. From Oberau follow the Roßfeldstraße for about 2 km to Bad Dürrnberg to the Zinkenlifte car park.

    Bus lines 160 and 170
    From Salzburg you can take bus number 160 (via Puch) or bus number 170 (via Anif). Take the bus to the Hallein Bahnhof stop and change there to bus number 41 Bad Dürrnberg and travel to the Zinkenlifte stop. All you have to do is cross the street and you have arrived at the valley station of the Zinken lifts.

    From Salzburg main station take the S3 train to Hallein station and then take the 41 Bad Dürrnberg bus to the Zinkenlifte stop.
    Bus line 848 (Berchtesgaden – Oberau – toll station north)
    From Berchtesgaden train station take bus no. 848 to the Zinkenwirt Gmerk stop and from there take Rumpelgasse to Pension Hochdürrnberg. There, turn right into Teuffenbachweg and follow it to Pension Sulzauhof. Opposite this, follow the narrow asphalt path to the valley station of the Zinken lifts.

    From Berchtesgaden train station, take bus no. 848 to the Mautstelle Nord (Roßfeld) stop, cross the Roßfeldstraße and follow the signposted path to the Zinkenkogel. After about 20 minutes you will reach the mountain station of the Zinkenlifte Hallein/Bad Dürrnberg.
