On an interactive tour of Austria's oldest Danube power plant, you'll learn all about its fascinating construction history. The powerful turbines, short films, bicycle simulators, and interactive stations will familiarize you with the power plant's diverse functions.
Families with children (ages 6-12) can explore the power plant together on a treasure hunt, which can also be booked for elementary school classes, children's birthday parties, or holiday programs.
Following the tour of the power plant building, you'll have the opportunity to visit the impressive ship lock outdoors. There, you'll gain insight into the lock operation process, the duties of the lock operators, and shipping on the Danube.

- then take the 1st exit at the roundabout; at the next roundabout take the 2nd exit and drive along the B25 through the villages of Unteregging and Neusarling and then through the town of Ybbs
