    Overall impression

    Grill & Chill war erneut enttäuschend

    Wir haben zum 2. Mal an einer Grill&Chill-Veranstaltung teilgenommen und waren eine Familie (von Oma bis hin zum Enkel) von 7 Erwachsenen und einem 4-Jährigen.
    Das Onboarding lief relativ zügig und nett und das Schiff war sehr sauber. Wie immer war das offene Oberdeck für die Grill&Chill-Veranstaltung reserviert, was wir als sehr positiv empfanden.
    Die runden Tische waren zwar etwas klein und nicht besonders praktisch für so viele Personen, reichten aber nach kurzem Zusammenstellen für alle Teller.
    Was allerdings nicht so zufriedenstellend war, war das Buffet. Wenn man sich nicht sofort an die Schüsseln gestürzt hat, lief man leider Gefahr, dass die guten Sachen nach kurzem nicht mehr verfügbar waren und auch nicht mehr nachgelegt wurden. Und wie bitte kann man Bratwürste grillen und keinen Senf oder Ketchup haben? Oder wie kann es sein, dass einem bei Gegrilltem der Kartoffelsalat ausgeht? Die Brezenknödel waren eine gute Idee, aber die dann ohne jegliche Soße trocken essen zu müssen, macht auch keinen Spaß. Das meinte sogar die etwas überforderte Buffetbeauftragte. Und wann man schon Rippchen auftischt, dann doch bitte so viele, dass jeder wenigstens EINS davon bekommen KÖNNTE!
    Ein zweiter Grillmeister wäre auch eine gute Idee, denn nach kurzer Zeit bildete sich eine laaaange Schlange direkt am Grill, da kein Fleisch mehr in den Buffet-Schüsseln lag.
    Schön war es, dass es auch ein kleines Nachtisch-Buffet gab, allerdings hier natürlich auch mit dem Verfügbarkeits-Problem. Kleiner Tipp hierzu noch: vorher die Crèms und Puddings kosten, dann steht auch kein gekippter Griespudding auf dem Buffet.
    Wenigstens der Kleine hatte wieder seinen Spaß an dem Kletterschiff.
    Letztes Jahr hatten wir dieses Event auch schon gebucht und dachten noch, wir hätten halt nur einen schlechten Tag dafür erwischt. Aber seit diesem Jahr wissen wir, dass die Situation so gewollt oder zumindest akzeptiert wird.
    Sehr schade, aber nächstes Jahr werden wir wohl eher picknicken und danach eine normale Runde mit dem Schiff fahren.
