Near the Vital Park in Heiligenstadt, the fairy tale park is an attractive leisure destination for children and adults, where many fairy tales are presented. Various fairy tale characters are represented on the spacious park grounds with an area of ​​2,600 square meters, a fairy tale castle and other leisure activities (water treading pool, sandpit and play equipment). Rapunzel, Puss in Boots, the hare and hedgehog, the frog prince and many other characters from the world of fairy tales await little fairy tale lovers. The young visitors can watch the fairy tale characters at their activities and read fairy tales. The water treading pool and a small graduation tower invite children and adults to relax. In summer, fairy tales are told in the park's castle on four Sundays each year, and the big fairy tale park festival is held on the first Sunday in July.
